ICS Program Participation K-12 Registration Form

This form is for K-12 school staff who wish to bring students into an upcoming ICS program. Please submit a separate copy of this form for each exercise. Notes: (1) For Winter 2023 programs, please submit this form no later than January 20, 2023. (2) Late registrations will be accepted as space is available. (3) The Winter 2023 ICS Projects will start the week of January 30th.
